#GivingTuesday is November 28

 

On November 28, 2023 charities, families, businesses, community centers, churches, and students around the world will come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give.

Built on the gratitude felt during the Thanksgiving holiday season, #GivingTuesday was created in 2012 to counteract the spending of Black Friday and Cyber Monday with philanthropic giving to charities in need of support. It began in the U.S. and quickly made its way across more than 70 countries. More than $3.1 billion was raised during last year’s event, and predictions for #GivingTuesday 2023 top $3.45 billion!
